I use a combination of counselling and psychotherapy techniques in conjunction with hypnosis to create the most effective results. I am professionally trained in the following techniques:
My Process
I begin the therapy process by having a discussion with you about what you’re wanting support with, and filling in the intake form. In this part of the session, I initiate the counselling and provide you with techniques that will help you cope with and manage your concerns.
I then work with you to create your treatment plan. We will outline each individual concern that needs addressing, prioritise their importance and set some long and short - term goals. We will refer to this throughout your sessions to track your progress and maintain direction.
The second half of the session is comprised of hypnosis. I facilitate hypnosis in a way that is akin to a relaxing, guided meditation. It is gentle, soothing, and empowering for the client. Through hypnosis I can help you reprogram outdated beliefs, release repressed emotion, heal from trauma, overcome fears, cease unhealthy behaviours, and much more.

I specialise in Emotional Wellbeing and Alignment.
What is alignment? As it relates to my work, the process of alignment is ensuring that any limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging parts of you, and unhelpful habits and mindsets are reprogrammed to be in alignment with your goals, and emotional wellbeing. When all parts of you are integrated and aligned, wellness and fulfilment become your new habits.

In your first session, we will complete your intake form and discuss your case, followed by counselling and hypnotherapy. -
$150
Continued treatment following your initial session. Approximately 30 minutes counselling/discussion and 30 minutes of hypnotherapy. -

An extended session for when more time is required. -
$300
I recommend a two hour session for clients who have a lot of information to unpack at once. This can be more beneficial than splitting it into two sessions.
I also recommend a longer session for clients needing a little extra support.
